Fitting Your Nursing Bras
As a good rule of thumb: Add one cup size and one back size onto your usual pre-pregnancy bra size. So if you usually wear a 32C, start by trying a 34D. These bras should feel comfortably secure on the tightest setting, giving you plenty of room to adjust the fit as you grow.

Prior to pregnancy I wore a 32D and now wear roughly a 32DD, and the Medium Plus size option fits like a glove. It did take me a few tries to figure out how to unhook the nursing bra part, but once you get the hang of it, you can do it one-handed.Overall highly recommend this bra to anyone who needs a good pregnancy -> postpartum bra that will hang in there with you!
