I would like to give kudos to Momcozy for their outstanding customer service.
Initially, I was very disappointed with the Momcozy Nasal Aspirator I purchased because it stopped suctioning properly after only minimal use. I cleaned it multiple times according to the instructions, but the issue persisted and it no longer worked as expected.
After posting my review, the Momcozy team noticed it and immediately reached out to me. They provided detailed cleaning instructions and troubleshooting steps. I informed them that I had already followed those steps several times and that the aspirator still had no suction.
To my surprise, they responded again right away and did not hesitate to send me a brand-new replacement unit. Their willingness to stand behind their product and resolve the issue quickly was truly impressive.
While I was initially frustrated with the product, I am very grateful for the excellent customer service I received. Momcozy genuinely cares about the well-being and satisfaction of their customers, and that level of support is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Momcozy, for making things right!

Yeah yeah, the aspiration on this works well. I don't use the mister function all that often, but the suction works great and removed all of my daughter's boogers. but that's not why it gets 5 stars. My daughter LOVES the music and light that this thing has. It calms her more than anything else we have. I carry this thing around just in case she gets extra fussy, and once I start playing the music and moving the lights in front of her face, she calms down. It also helps her get to sleep. I use this product for calming her down more than actually aspirating her nostrils, and I'm not even mad about it.
